Welcome to BlackTop Society (shopblacktop.com). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By visiting or shopping at BlackTop Society, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Our Products
BlackTop Society is a print-on-demand streetwear brand. All items are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or color preferences. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.
2. Orders and Payments
All orders are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods offered at checkout. Once an order is placed, it goes straight into production and cannot be canceled or changed.
3. Shipping
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the printer assigned by Printify. Typical production + shipping is 5–12 business days within the US. We provide tracking once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
4. Returns and Refunds
Please see our separate Return and Refund Policy for full details. In short:
• Defective or incorrect items: Contact us within 30 days at fatherof4fncs@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
• All other returns: Not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and content on BlackTop Society are the property of BlackTop Society / Daniel Cornejo. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any designs for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlackTop Society is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
